1Bet Account Verification (KYC): How It Works
1Bet verifies customer accounts to confirm identity, prevent fraud, and meet anti-money laundering requirements. You upload documents in your account, and 1Bet reviews them before approving withdrawals or removing limits.
- Identity (ID/Passport): 1Bet asks for a clear photo of a valid passport or national ID card. The image must show the full document, your photo, your full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date; cropped corners and heavy glare trigger rejection. 1Bet may also request a selfie (or short live check) where your face and the same ID are visible.
- Address proof: 1Bet requests a document dated within the last 90 days that shows your full name and residential address exactly as entered in your profile. Typical accepted proofs include a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter; screenshots without issuer details and documents without a date fail review.
- Payment method: 1Bet verifies the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. For bank cards, they request a photo of the card showing your name and the last 4 digits; you must cover the middle digits and the CVV. For e-wallets, they request a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and account ID or email, plus the transaction history line for the deposit where possible.
Verification is requested when you place your first withdrawal, when the total withdrawal amount hits internal compliance thresholds, after changes to your personal details, or when the system flags unusual activity (for example, repeated failed deposits or a mismatch between account name and payment name). 1Bet also triggers KYC when you use a new card or switch to a different withdrawal method.
Review time is typically 15 minutes to 24 hours after you upload all required files in the correct format. If the case goes to manual review or documents are unclear, it can take 1–3 business days, and the clock restarts after you re-upload corrected images.
Current state: KYC at 1Bet centers on three checks—identity, address, and payment method—with the fastest approval when all documents match the profile and are readable on the first submission.
